Allergic Reactions

Your health and safety come first. If you experience any reaction after using a Fyr Skin product, please stop use immediately and consult a medical professional.

To report a reaction, reach out to us at support@fyrskin.com with details of what you experienced and any supporting photos where possible. Every case is reviewed personally, and where appropriate, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution — whether that's a refund or store credit.

Please note that customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list prior to purchase, as Fyr Skin cannot be held responsible for reactions resulting from individual allergies or sensitivities.

Returns

Because our products are applied directly to the skin, we are unable to accept returns on any items — opened or unopened. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of every customer.

120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (One-Time Purchases)

We are confident in what we make. If you have used your product every day for 120 days and haven't seen the results you were hoping for, we want to make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a claim under this guarantee:

  • The product must have been used daily and consistently for a minimum of 120 consecutive days
  • Usage must have followed Fyr Skin's recommended instructions throughout
  • The claim must be based on lack of results only — not personal preference, scent, texture, or appearance
  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a specific product only
  • Limited to one claim per product type, per customer
  • We may ask for reasonable confirmation of consistent use before approving a claim

Refund Terms

Once eligibility is confirmed, we will refund your purchase price less a 15% processing and handling fee, issued to your original payment method. Shipping, handling, and any optional fees are non-refundable.

If you choose to exchange your product rather than request a refund, the 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee will no longer apply to that product.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction related to personal preference, scent, texture, packaging, appearance, or inconsistent use. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded.

Claim Deadline

Claims must be submitted within 127 days of your original delivery date by emailing support@fyrskin.com. Requests received after this window cannot be reviewed.

Subscription Orders

We offer a subscription programme so you never run out of your favourite Fyr Skin products. Because subscription orders are fulfilled automatically and regularly, they operate under a separate refund policy.

Eligibility

Subscription orders are not covered by the 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds on subscription orders may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and unused
  • The request must be made promptly upon delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

To request a refund on a subscription order, email support@fyrskin.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@fyrskin.com before your next renewal date. We ask that cancellation requests are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to ensure we can process it in time.

Please note that subscription renewals that have already been processed and fulfilled cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Filing a chargeback for an active subscription renewal without first following these cancellation terms constitutes a breach of your subscription agreement.

Order Cancellation

We move quickly to get your orders out on time, so if you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible at support@fyrskin.com. While we will always do our best to accommodate cancellations, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once it has been processed or dispatched. A $2.00 administrative fee may apply to cancelled orders. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery at support@fyrskin.com. To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of the outer packaging if possible

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability. You do not need to return damaged items — we'll make it right.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take a little additional time to reflect this. If 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us at support@fyrskin.com.

Chargebacks

We always prefer to resolve any concerns directly and personally. Before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please reach out to us first at support@fyrskin.com — we are committed to making things right.

Chargebacks raised without prior contact, or outside the scope of a valid claim under this policy, may be considered invalid where the original transaction was legitimate and authorised. Once a chargeback is opened, refund processing is paused until the dispute is resolved through your card provider.

Policy Updates

Fyr Skin reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
