We Ship Worldwide
We are proud to deliver Fyr Skin products to customers across the globe. Whether you're in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or beyond, we've got you covered.
Free shipping is available on all orders $59 and over. Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $2.95.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of placement. Express orders are prioritised and processed within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays — orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
Please ensure your shipping address and billing details are accurate before completing your order. Incomplete or unverified information may delay processing by an additional 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated timeframes for delivery:

Tracking information may take up to 48–72 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is received. In rare cases tracking may not update in real time, but your order is still on its way. Please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed if you have concerns.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not collected by Fyr Skin and cannot be refunded by us.
We ship all international orders DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price paid at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on applicable rates before ordering.
If a customs payment is refused and your order is returned to us, a refund will be issued once the package is confirmed as returned, minus 15% to cover original shipping and handling costs. Any order destroyed by customs is eligible for a 50% refund.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us at support@fyrskin.com as soon as possible — we will do our best to make changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this once an order has been processed.
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door. In some cases, couriers may hold the package at a local post office or attempt redelivery if they deem it unsafe to leave unattended. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
If a delivery is missed, an incorrect address was provided, or a parcel is refused and returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the incurred shipping costs. If you would like the order resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly in the first instance, then reach out to us at support@fyrskin.com if the issue remains unresolved.
Carrier Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, Fyr Skin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside of our control. All estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Undeliverable Regions
At this time we are unable to ship to certain regions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at support@fyrskin.com and we will do our best to assist.
